THE IRIS TALENT SUITE CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING MODULES
A. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
This is the core module which supports the business and ensures compliance with HR Modules, Employee Data and Self-service components, eliminates the use of paper, improve record management and auto- mates business processes.
It constitutes of employee data, contract, salary change, promotion and exit man- agement. Furthermore, it contains an essential element of report generation which gives the authorized user the privi- lege to generate reports on performance, payroll and HR related issues.
B. TALENT MANAGEMENT
This module assists in managing talent with integrated recruitment, training & develop- ment, retention and reward, as well as performance management.
C. TOTAL REWARDS
Delivers accurate, on-time payroll with mod- ules including Absence Management and Flexible Benefits and Rewards. It consists of components such as payroll menu, staff loans and payroll maintenance.
D. JOB EVALUATION
The importance of this module is that it assists an organization in rating jobs, determining pay structure and in recruitment and selec- tion process. This module consists of primary & secondary job factors, job factor criteria, job evaluation and an option to generate the whole evaluation report.
